  • Designed and delivered customized Project Management training based on PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), aligning industry best practices with existing operations for multiple clients.

  • Developed and executed the RAPID Engineering Project, enhancing engineering readiness through immersive training experiences.

  • Delivered specialized training to government-led project engineers, enhancing project planning and execution capabilities.

  • Created a Live, Virtual, Constructive—Test and Evaluation (LVC-TE) environment to teach critical thinking and decision-making for shipboard troubleshooting, delivered via both instructor-led and computer-based training (CBT) platforms.

  • Designed Instructor-Led Training (ILT) for KAIROS’ Additive Manufacturing Closed Loop (CL) 1720 System, focused on operator and maintenance training for Field Service Representatives.

  • Produced micro-learning instructional videos to support continuous learning in Additive Manufacturing operations.
