KAIROS’ Training and Education approach focuses on working with our customers to understand their critical training requirements for improving workforce efficiency, creativity, and productivity to maximize the capabilities of personnel. The KAIROS' approach incorporates a “Decision Science” methodology into the design, development and delivery of a tailored training and education plan to maximize the capabilities of our client's workforce. KAIROS leverages an array of tools to Analyze, Synthesize, and Evaluate information which allows us to incorporate a variety of tools to include: models and simulations to drive decision making under conditions of uncertainty, studies and economic analysis of operational and strategic decisions approaches, and other tools such as Myers-Briggs for personality identification. KAIROS' personnel partner with customers to identify, define, and deliver tailored solutions to maximize team understanding and product delivery.
