Erin joined Kairos as the Director of Logistics, bringing more than 22 years of expertise in logistics, supply chain and leadership. Her extensive working knowledge of government logistics coupled with private sector supply chain practices allow her to focus on delivering relevant optimization and cost savings to the Kairos customer. Under Erin’s leadership, she has a growth strategy deeply rooted in the understanding of tactical, operational, and strategic logistical requirements of the customer. This strategy is focused on defining the problem, deliberate planning, data driven decisions and building a diverse network of partners that bring innovative solutions.
As the Director of Logistics, Erin encourages a relationship-oriented culture that delivers technically competent solutions for the customer. This involves equipping the logistics team with advanced technical skills to meet the evolving requirements of customers today and into the future.
Prior to her current role as Director of Logistics, Erin served as the Director of Energy for Crowley Government Solutions, Deputy Operations for an undersea surveillance program, and the Strategic Logistics Lead for United States European Command. She has also held a variety of roles in the Naval Special Warfare Government General Service corps.
Erin’s education includes a Master of Science in Global Leadership with emphasis in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy. Erin has held a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute and a Change Management Certificate from PROSCI.
