Robert is an Industrious management professional with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Defense Acquisition University BFM Level 3 certified with 15+ years of professional experience. After spending 5 yrs. as a Civilian with NAVAIR’s 4.2 Cost Department, supporting Program Management Activity (PMA 290) as a lead schedule developer on an ACAT 1D level Fifteen (15) billion dollar + program. Robert returned to industry where he spent the 1st 10 yrs. of his professional career. However, this time with Kairos Inc. as the St. Inigoes Market Lead & Scheduling team Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting Air 4.11.4, Consequence Management Communications Systems (CMCS) Program. Currently, Robert manages and Co-directs the KAIROS Program Management capability, compromised of a diverse team of thirty (30+) employees who provide support to a myriad of DOD branches and supporting agencies. Robert’s professional career has been one decorated with a multitude of achievements to include the company’s highest recognition as the 2017 Executive of the year. Robert is a St. Mary’s County native who lives in California, MD with his wife and two son’s. After high school, Robert continued his education journey at Frostburg State University graduating with his Bachelors In Business Management (2006) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) (2007).
